Junior Miss National Titles
Petite Miss
- is between the ages of 5 & 7 on or before the first day of the national pageant,
- a citizen of the United States, by proof of a birth certificate.
Pre-Teen Miss
- is between the ages of 8 & 10 on or before the first day of the national pageant,
- is a citizen of the United States, by proof of a birth certificate.
Junior Miss
- is between the ages of 11 & 13 on or before the first day of the national pageant,
- is a citizen of the United States, by proof of a birth certificate.
Personal Interview: Intelligence, confidence, communication, personality (stylish, fashion forward dress)
Evening Gown Competition: Beauty, poise, personality, charm (long dress)
The Miss All-Star United States Pageant will provide an esteemed panel of judges that are well qualified and all contestants and their families and friends will accept their decisions as final.
Entry fee $350 (required)
Beauty and interview (panel style)
The entry fee also includes special Riverboat Dinner Cruise and other events.
You must enter all options to win overall: Color Photogenic, Black and White Photogenic, All-Star Fun Fashion and Community Service
Color Photogenic $50 (optional)
$50 each photo with a maximum of 4 photos

All-Star Fun Fashion Wear $50 (optional)
Anything to walk the runway that displays your personality and interpretation of All-Star wear.
The reigning queens at the Queen’s Gala will judge this special optional event on Friday night.

Community Service Award $50 (optional)
We are awarding the lady with the most and strongest community service with a prize.
You must submit a book with photos and labels of each event.
Please include number of hours at the event

Deadline: June 15 The book must be mailed to the main office.
You may enter all events for $500.
You must enter all events to be eligible for the Overall Title.
First queen/person registered and paid in full will secure their state title.
Winners will have appearance opportunities.
There is a $50 late if not received by June 15th – no exceptions.
Presidential Community Service Award Criteria
Individuals, families and groups that meet the criteria are eligible for the PVSA.
- Recipient(s) must be a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States.
- Awards are issued for service hours served within a 12-month time period or over the course of a lifetime.
- Awards are issued for volunteer service only; additional levels of participation with the organization (i.e., charitable support) are not a factor considered for the award.
- Court-ordered community service does not qualify for the award.
- Awards are issued by approved Certifying Organizations.
- Service must be with an approved Certifying Organization that is legally established in the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or one of the U.S. territories.
Eligibility
Hours are measured over a 12-month period and awards are designated based on cumulative hours. The awards are offered in multiple levels and are designed to recognize each milestone of your service achievement. Levels include bronze, silver, gold and the highest honor, the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for those who contribute more than 4,000 hours of service in their lifetime.
